Brief History

Coleson Cluster was built during the mid-60s at the very beginning of Reston's burgeoning residential development. At that time, it was the "end of the line" of Reston's development boundary. With 45 townhomes spread over four-and-a-half acres of lush lawn and trees, it is now an established community noted for its proximity to Lake Anne, Lake Anne Elementary, and Reston Town Center. Its townhomes are representative of several designs by the architect Chloethiel Smith, all with flat roofs, large windows, and contemporary styling.

After Coleson Cluster was created, other developments were established along Wainwright Drive, including Governor's Square, Wainwright Cluster, Vantage Hill, Mediterranean Court, and The Courts over the course of next 15 to 20 years.

CCA Board Meeting
The next scheduled board meeting is September 10, 2007 at 7:00 pm. It will be held at 1660 Wainwright Drive. The agenda items include:

Spring Cluster Cleanup
There will be no Cluster-wide spring cleanup scheduled for 2007. Because the landscape service is now doing many of the tasks that members used to do at this time of year, the Board and the Landscaping Committee decided to cancel our event. View our new Landscaping page.

Revised By-Laws and Parking Regulations
The Board amended the updated By-Laws and Parking Regulations on March 8, 2005. The new by-laws are located on the Documents page. To view the approved Carport and Parking Regulations, please visit our Parking Regulation page.

Weekly trash collection: Monday and Thursday
Weekly recycling collection: Monday

Quarterly Homeowner's Association fees: Billed around January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
